Waring Investments Inc. works with an existing network of loan brokers and is open to forging new relationships. Underwriting material is ordinarily gathered and supplied by the loan broker. The material includes financial and credit information of the potential borrower as well as pertinent information about the asset being used for collateral. Our brokers are protected throughout the transaction process and for future deals that originate from customers they previously introduced. Brokers are paid directly at the closing, as a separate line item.
